OrbitVault Submission Manager for Contact Form 7

Description

Contact Form 7 does not save form entries in WordPress by default. If a notification email fails or gets lost, the submitted data can be difficult to recover.

OrbitVault Submission Manager automatically saves Contact Form 7 entries and form submissions to your WordPress database, giving you a reliable way to store, search, manage, and export your submissions directly from your WordPress admin dashboard.

Use it as a Contact Form 7 entries manager to keep all your form submissions organized and accessible. View submission details, check email delivery status, mark entries as read or unread, add private admin notes, detect spam, export submissions to CSV, manage file attachments, and quickly reply to form submitters.

Whether you need a simple Contact Form 7 database, a WordPress form entries manager, or a complete CF7 submissions management solution, OrbitVault keeps your form data organized and accessible.

FAQ

Does this work with all Contact Form 7 forms?

Yes, entries from every CF7 form on your site are saved automatically.

Will this slow down my site?

No, entries are saved using an efficient database write hook and do not affect frontend performance.

Does spam detection use any external service?

No. Spam detection and rate limiting are entirely keyword and pattern based, running locally on your server – no data is sent anywhere.

Are uploaded files kept permanently?

Yes. Contact Form 7 normally clears its temporary upload folder after a short time; this plugin copies uploaded files into a dedicated, permanent folder so they remain accessible from the entry detail page.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

By default your data is kept. You can enable “Delete data on uninstall” in Settings if you want entries and attachments removed automatically.
