Connect WordPress to the tools you use every day

Your WordPress site is the busiest member of your team. It takes the orders, collects the enquiries, signs up the members and publishes the content. And then you take over. That is the gap Nodest fills.

Nodest is a no-code automation platform built specifically for WordPress. It watches for the things that happen on your site – an order, a form entry, a signup, a new post – and then does the follow-up work for you in the apps you already use.

This plugin is what connects your site to Nodest, and it brings the whole builder with it. You create, test, run and monitor your automations inside your WordPress admin, next to the site they belong to.

How it works

From install to first automation is a few minutes. Here is the whole path.

Step 1 – Install the plugin

In your WordPress dashboard go to Plugins > Add New, search for Nodest, then click Install Now and Activate.

Step 2 – Connect your website

Open the Nodest menu in your dashboard and click Connect. Sign in, or create your free account, and your site is linked. Nodest uses WordPress Application Passwords, so you never share your WordPress password with anyone.

Step 3 – Connect your other apps

Go to the Integrations tab and connect the tools you want to automate – Notion, Brevo, Mailchimp, Asana, Monday.com, Linear, OpenAI, Google Gemini. Sign in once per app and Nodest handles the rest.

Step 4 – Choose what starts your automation

Pick the trigger: a new WooCommerce order, a Fluent Forms or Gravity Forms submission, a new MemberPress member, a failed payment, a published post. You can narrow it down too, so an automation only runs for one specific form or one specific status.

Step 5 – Add the steps that follow

Add as many steps as the job needs and pick the fields that flow between them. Add a filter so the automation only continues when it should, branch into different paths, or pause for a while before the next step.

Step 6 – Test it, then switch it on

Test the trigger and each action with real data from your site and see exactly what comes back. When it does what you expect, activate it. From then on it runs on its own, and every run is logged.

Nodest adds its own checks to Tools > Site Health, so you can confirm at any time that your connection, outbound requests, HTTPS and Application Passwords are all working as they should.

Let you AI assistant work for you

Nodest is a workflow automation platform and an MCP server in one. That means the same actions your automations use can be handed to an AI assistant.

• Step 1. Create an MCP server in your workspace and choose which actions an assistant is allowed to use.
• Step 2. Add that server to any AI assistant that supports MCP and approve the connection once.
• Step 3. Ask for what you need in plain language: “refund order 1482 and add a note explaining why”, “create a page from these meeting notes”, “find the members whose payment failed this week”.

Your assistant picks the right action and runs it. And because it runs through Nodest, those runs appear in the same History screen in your WordPress admin as everything else, with full detail of what happened – so handing work to an assistant never means losing track of it.

External Service

This plugin connects your site to the Nodest platform (app.nodest.com and api.nodest.com), where your automations are stored and executed. The connection is required for the plugin to work.
