Duegrove EUDR Reference Records for WooCommerce

Description

Duegrove EUDR Reference Records helps WooCommerce shops that sell cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm-oil, rubber, soy or wood products keep the paperwork their suppliers send under the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) in the store, next to the products and orders it belongs to, instead of in a separate spreadsheet.

For each product or product category you can record the commodity, CN/HS code, supplier name, address and email, country of production, and the due diligence statement reference number and verification number or the declaration identifier your supplier gave you. You choose which fields are required. The Products list then shows which records are complete and lets you filter for products that are missing a reference or a supplier.

When a customer orders, the record is copied onto the order line as it was at that moment, so later product edits never rewrite history. You can add the references to selected WooCommerce emails, such as the admin New order email or the customer invoice for business buyers, and export order-level records as a CSV file for any date range and order status.

Records work with the native WooCommerce product CSV importer and exporter and with bulk edit. The plugin supports High-Performance Order Storage and the block-based checkout.

Important: this plugin is a record-keeping tool. It does not submit anything to the EU Information System (TRACES), it does not decide whether the regulation applies to you, and it is not legal advice. Check the European Commission’s EUDR guidance or your national competent authority for your obligations. All data stays in your WordPress database; the plugin makes no external requests.

Features

• EUDR tab in the product data box: relevance, commodity, CN/HS code, supplier name, postal address, email and type, country of production, due diligence statement reference number, verification number, declaration identifier, date received and internal notes.
• Category defaults: mark a product category as EUDR relevant and give it a default commodity; products in that category inherit both.
• Required fields you choose, with a notice on the product screen that names missing or invalid values.
• EUDR status column (Complete / Incomplete) and a filter in the Products list: relevant, complete, incomplete, missing reference, missing supplier.
• Report page under WooCommerce > EUDR Records with counts of relevant, complete, missing-reference and missing-supplier products.
• Snapshot of the record on each order line at checkout (classic and block checkout), shown under the line item on the order screen.
• “Add missing EUDR snapshots” order action for orders created before the plugin was active or in the admin.
• References in selected WooCommerce emails (New order, Processing order, Completed order, Customer invoice), with a choice of which values to show.
• Order-records CSV export for a date range and order statuses, with optional billing columns.
• Columns for the native product CSV importer and exporter, and fields in product bulk edit.
• Records are kept when the plugin is deleted, unless you choose otherwise in the settings.

Privacy

• The plugin makes no external requests and does not connect to TRACES or any other service.
• All records are stored in your WordPress database as product, category and order item data.
• The order-records CSV export can contain customer billing data (company, name, address and email). You can switch these columns off in the settings. The file is generated on request and is not stored on the server.
• The plugin adds suggested text to the WordPress privacy policy guide.
