How to Use
Creating a Form:
- Go to “Lead Hub” “Form Generator” in your WordPress admin menu
- Click “Add New Form”
- Give your form a title and description

Adding a Form to Your Website:
- Copy the shortcode displayed on the form list page
- Paste the shortcode into any page or post where you want the form to appear
- Alternatively, use the Lead Hub block in the Gutenberg editor
