Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds after payment or subscription activation. This is because the process involves server setup, account configuration, configurator setup, and licensing. Please thoroughly test the free version before upgrading to ensure it meets your requirements.

We review pricing periodically to reflect new features and improvements. Any pricing changes are communicated in advance, and existing subscribers are notified before adjustments take effect.

Once you upgrade to a paid plan, you can update placeholder prices and configure pricing according to your actual product catalog.

How are configured products ordered?

When a customer completes the customization process and adds the configured piece to the cart, the item appears in the order details with all selected configuration options (setting style, metal, stone, size, engraving, etc.). This allows you to review the customer’s exact specifications and process the order without any back-and-forth to clarify what they wanted.

What if I don’t have my own ring, bracelet, or necklace models?

You can get started immediately with the sample ring, bracelet, and necklace models included in the configurator. When you’re ready to showcase your own collections, simply replace the sample models with your GLB files. We also offer a Product Library of ready-to-use 3D ring, bracelet, and necklace models as a paid add-on, helping you launch a personalized jewelry experience quickly without creating your own 3D assets.
