## Installation

 1. Upload the plugin to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install it from the
    WordPress plugin screen.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen.
 3. Go to Tools  Content Refresh, select a post, and click “Generate Refresh Plan”.

## FAQ

### Does this plugin send data to external servers?

No. By default, all analysis is performed on your WordPress site. (Optional AI-assisted
features may be added later as opt-in.)

### Who can use this plugin?

Users need the `edit_posts` capability.

### Will this slow down my site?

The plugin is designed to be lightweight. It analyzes a single selected post on 
demand.

### Where do I find it after activation?

WP Admin  Tools  Content Refresh.

### Does it modify my content automatically?

No. It generates a plan and suggestions. Applying changes is manual.
